Stinky faded rug!
Service was good. Hated the rug. It looked worn out and smelled to high heaven - the jute stinks worse than anything I could imagine! I have asthma, so i has breathing issues.

Hand braided twine and jute rug
It IS pretty but the braids are held together with a zigzag stitch/thread. The stitching broke the first day we got ours. Also, it doesn’t lay well (not square) and the edges don’t lay flat which is a trip hazard. I regret this purchase.

Rug falling apart
I bought this rug last month and everyday I am having to repair it. I love the look of the rug but it is awful to have to constantly work on it. The workmanship is of very poor quality. It would have been a great rug if it didn’t constantly shed and had been stitched together better.

Perfect for the pet friendly house!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They look great and are the perfect rugs for our pet friendly home. The edges are fraying a bit but I was able to trim and poke them back into place. They are fairly heavy so they stay in place and don't rise with the vacuum. Dogs like the jute on their bellies. I like the color and style of them. Overall, very happy with the look and feel of them. And, they hide dog hair and dirt well!
