stunk like mold
Would Not RecommendThe OVAL rug is the first one they sent. Couldn't even get it out of the package because the smell of mold and mildew was so strong it made me sick. They sent another and it was just as bad... Previously ordered the runners and they were all (5) perfect.

Smells and poorly made
The jute in the rug smells horrible. So much so that I will return. Also, the weave is not tight at all. There are a number of holes or small openings throughout the rug.

Cut edges
So the rug I received had what looked like cut edges where the jute stuck out. I had to return but I loved it. just afraid to buy again. Customer service was great.
