Ripped, loops coming out, wet

Arrived with ripped packaging and wet. Was left outside my garage door in the rain with ripped packaging and was soaked. Had a horrible smell when opened and tried to dry it in my garage but it took days, was still damp and smelled horribly. Also, was discolored in the middle from being soaked and the loops were coming out in some places. Was told I could return, which means I need to find somehow to package the rug, a car big enough to transport it and someone to help me lift it in and out of t...

soft, blue hues, might snag easily

This is a very lovely, soft rug. Needs a rug pad like every other rug. Colors are very dark blue and light grey/light blue. Overall I'd say it's blue more than grey- as opposed to the online pics which look more black & white. My only gripe is that the way it's woven- it will probably snag very easily. I wouldn't put it in a high traffic area.

Colors slightly iff

Got the black and gray, the gray has a blue tint to it and the background is more of a cream or beige. Didn’t look good in a modern concrete floor.

Stunning!

My daughter bought me this rug and I didn’t think I would like it but it’s beautiful! One corner doesn’t lay flat because of the tassel sewn in wrong.

Steel blue beauty

Gorgeous! Its def more of a steel blue than black (I was a little disappointed at first, but I have fallen in love with it. The tassels are braided, but are tied off rather loosely. With vaccuuming, they became unbraided, which I'm not mad about. It still looks pretty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great rug. I did read in one of the reviews that the coloring was a little more blue than expected. That is an accurate observation. The gray is more of a steel blue gray. I knew if there were some blue tones to it, the rug would still work in my room. But if you need only gray, black and cream, this is not the rug for you.

This rug is beautiful and is perfect for the space I bought it for. It is also very soft! It is extremely nice and great quality!

Excellent colors

This rug is the exact colors I expected--dark grey, light grey, ivory, and blue. The cool blue is such a nice addition to this pattern. Although it's soft, it's thin and I prefer it with a thick rug pad on hardwood floors.

O star rating

Awful quality. I bought this rug to replace one of two of exact same rug. The rugs I had have 27 tassels. The exact replacement rug only had 13 and looked so cheap and low quality.

Simply Sophisticated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful rug that looks way more expensive than it actually is. We receive compliments on it all the time. We use this in the dining room with reclaimed wood furniture and it just makes the entire room look sophisticated and well put together. I would highly recommend.
