Rug was defective. Customer Service was great.
Had to return the rug due to a defect. It was VERY obvious where a 6 inch area of rug had not woven properly. I understand that there are defects sometimes in the manufacturing process, but this was so obvious that is seems their quality control is non existent. On the positive side, my return process was very smooth.
