Would Not RecommendI purchased this rug and fell in love with how it looked in our space. Absolutely LOVES the look and feel at first. After about 1 week of having the rug out, we started noticing the chemical/ skunky type smell. We left the rug out for a bit longer and the smell only got worse. It got to the point where I had to throw it out because it smelled so bad. I have to wonder what chemicals were in it to produce that smell. Love this rug!
Would RecommendI love the coziness of this rug. The colors are same as shown and go great in my room. I bought it with a rug pad that adds to the plush feeling. I spilled coke the 2nd day and it wiped right up - what a relief. I’ve added photo but colors are more rich than in my photo.

Luxurious and soft
Would RecommendGreat colors for my upscale beachy family room. This rug is thick and soft, not shedding at least thus far, and great to sit on (with a thick pad added for extra softness.) You could get away with a flatter pad but the point of a shag rug is fluffy coziness, right?

Would Not RecommendI still love this rug. I bought it two years ago . I didn’t want to replace it so soon BUT it is flat in any areas of any use. It looks 5 + years old. It matches my decor so well . I would NOT recommend this rug because it doesn’t last in any traffic areas.
