Poor quality

This rug is beautiful and your reviews on it are very good. I purchased this rug and the nap matted very badly. I never used a vacuum with a better brush. It was used very gently. Two seniors who travel.. just hoping to save someone from being disappointed...

Don't waste your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug feels like a latch hook project under our feet, and not a nice rug. We have a rug of the exact pattern we bought in a local store 8 years ago, and with flooding, it needed to be replaced. While the colors are exactly what I'd hoped, the cheap feel is a great disappointment. I will say there is no smell as others noted in their reviews and we are three days in and the rug wrinkles are falling away.

Poor quality

I purchased this rug in June 2024. The color is beautiful but quality awful. The pile is completely worn and matted in the walking area in front of our chairs. Only two of us ln the home and we travel 7 months of the year! I use only a vacuum without a beater brush on it. (Hand Vacuum)....

Soft and easy on the eye

Awful smell won’t go away

We expected some off gassing but it’s been almost 2 months since we got this and the smell is only getting worse. It’s really unpleasant and a huge disappointment. Luckily it’s been nice enough to have the windows open because if we close them the whole first floor starts to smell. I’m worried it’s not going to get better and I really regret this purchase. This rug is very soft and we love the colors. Note that the blue is very teal in color.
