Used these to keep shade sails tight

Used these with a roll of the paracord sold on the same aisle. Replaced the nylon rope the shade sails came with and very easy to keep the sails tight without the expense of cable and stainless steel turnbuckles. The entire setup has already survived a microburst thunderstorm.

Worst thing

Ive buoght this 1 month ago 40 pieces to resell in my shop and that was money in the drain The worst thing that i ever seen the hook doesnt even stand for a maximum of 10 kg then it breaks the line doesnt fasten in the hook Dont buy this

Very poor quality -

I brought this about a month ago and doesn’t hold any size cord1.8-3mm right at all, very disappointed. From a company that usually produces much higher quality gear it’s v poor.

Doesn't work!

I bought bunch of these from a facebook ad so I'm sure it will be declared a counterfeit. However, I'm not buying that story. What I bought seems to be authentic - except it doesn't work - not even a little bit. So doesn't Nite Ize have business insurance to protect the company reputation by helping those hurt by the fraud? If you have business insurance, I might buy the counterfeit story.

Money down the drain

I just received the CamJam. Tested this right away. There is no tension at all. I tried to secure the rope by manually push back the tensioner, but this had NO effect due to poor quality plastic

Horrible quality

I bought this product with the hopes that I would be able to secure items in the trunk area of my car. I cannot. Both of the cams, I bought a two pack, completely fail to grip at all. It is a useless product. And before you read the part about imposter sellers the company posted under the other 1 star review, the return address is for nite ize, the name is on the product it self and I bought the rope from the company. I might as well have burned my money instead.

don't hold paracord at all

I've tested it now with 4 different types of paracord and none is holding passed 2-300 grams! The cam teeth is slipping and nothing prevents the rope from popping out sideways from the cam lock.

Not as Advertised!

I just recieved this product and am disappointed as it does not perform as advertised! The plastic cam that is supposed to lock the cord in position does not hold the cord. As well with the wrong tension, easily pops off.

Shame on me for buying this product without prope!

Just received the Camjam’s , it’s my fault for not paying attention about the size of same and the size of “rope” to use. I can’t even find 3mm rope. Oh well

Cam Jam

Works just "OK"...…..line is quite thin and easily slides under the cam. you must get it "just right" for it to cam lock as needed.

Worked perfectly

Used these as temporary tie downs for a shade in my back yard. Held tension while I put in metal wire.

I was looking for something simple and found these. I am very glad I picked these up. Great quality and simple to use. The second set made it to the truck..

Works well but has its limits

These are all plastic so I wouldn’t push it anywhere close to the weight rating. I use them to hold down a tarp over my truck bed when I load it with something loose like mulch or top soil. They’re great for what they are

Good quality, useful.

Great product. Sometimes, depending on how you pull the cord through, you can pop the round part of the cam out, but it just pushes back in. Annoying sometimes, but overall, it works great!
