Made of sturdy, durable plastic and designed to lock securely into place with a simple pull of a cord

Features a carabiner clip with a stainless steel gate on one end, and a rotating, ridged cam mechanism on the other
Simply anchor the carabiner to any hook, D-ring, or loop, and feed your cord through the cam until you've reached the desired level of tension
Pull firmly, and the cam locks into place and stays that way until you release it by rotating the cam
Create a loop by clipping it to one end of the cord and pulling the other end through to bundle sleeping bags, blankets, cut brush, or wrap light loads to wheelbarrows, wagons, dollies, bikes, and boats
Includes 2 cams plus two 8 ft sections of 5/32 in rope

I clipped above & pulled a couple of pounds up but rope would slide behind plastic cam & then not grab. Stick with the metal version as this was a waist.

Easy to use, works well
I use this cord tightener to snug up the tension on the tip of a patio shade sail. It works well, is easy to use. Because it’s plastic, I wonder how it will hold up to UV exposure.

CamJam with one rope
The cam jam works ok. I thought it included 2 ropes 8 feet long. I did not realize that both camjams are attached to the same rope.
