What Customers Are Saying
The product is generally ineffective at keeping rugs in place, with the majority of reviews indicating poor adhesion to both the rug and the floor, causing the rug to continue slipping and sliding. While a few positive reviews mentioned the tape working well for certain applications, most customers found it unreliable, especially on carpets, hardwood, and tile floors.

A Good Tape to Use to keep Area Rugs from Slipping
Would RecommendThe tape is easy to use but, like all adhesive tapes the application technique is important

Rug Tape
We purchased this in hopes of keeping our entry rug in the foyer in place. This is a high foot traffic area and unfortunately the tape was not meant for heavy duty wear. I am sure it probably still works on smaller rugs and less foot traffic areas.

Meh.
Would Not RecommendDoesn't work that well. Rug still comes up. Not sure what else to try. Also try the gel grips.. worthless.

Not really tape
Not really tape. One side has adhesive. The item does not stop a small rug from sliding on top of carpeting
