Rug hasn't moved since we put this on it. Even with our 115lb dog getting zoomies. Goes on rug like a tape but it's more like a rubber side that lays on the floor.

Safety First

It really does what it is designed to do. Much better than the non slip gripper that you would lay your rug on top of. It does take way more than you would expect if following the package directions. I did follow the package directions and it is worth every penny from a safety stand point.

Using this on two throw rugs to keep an active 3 yr old dog from sliding around when she hits the rugs running. So far so good. It's keeping them in place without a bulky feel to the spots it is attached. Lowes person recommended and am glad he did.

The tape didn’t hold the rug from moving or slipping with occasional foot traffic.

Sticky on one side, rubbery the other, not sticky

Adhesive on one side on rubbery grumpy on the other, but not sticky/tacky. I assume this is intentional to not damage or leave residue on the hard floor surface. I saw the reviews indicating it did not stick to the rug. In my case, it is sticking to my rug just fine after a week of use. I put it on a brand new rug, so I probably didn’t have significant dust or debris issues interfering with the adhesion. useless

this tape did nothing. first problem is that it just plain doesn't stick to the rug. the adhesive is worse than the masking tape they use and even if you do get it to attach to the rug, they still slip and slide. it's awful and the worst waste of money I've seen in a while. honestly just a scam

Sticky stuff

It is sticky and works well with the carpet and carpet pad.

Expensive and unusable

Tape does not grip. Rugs slide with this tape. Waste of money.

Carpet tape is a better option in my opinion

My rug still slips, it is better but not as much grip and I expected. The application process was good.

Pay less…get less.

I went with this product because of the price. It was less expensive than another type of non-slip rug product. I got what I paid for. It works but not even close to the grip of ‘mat’ non-slip products. I fell for the hype listed on the label and got what I paid for.

Really secures rug to place

Really helps keep rugs from slipping. I have a little dog that jumps off bed and without this tape the rug would move out from under her.

Temporary fix

It did keep the rug in place if the pressure was light. It isn’t the answer but it will help

Be prepared

Did not work at well as projected. Area rug still slides on wooden floor just not as much.

Rugs stay in place

Love this! My cats raced through the house, scattering rugs as they go. No more! This gripper tape keeps my rugs where they belong and without sticking them to the floor.
