I'm sure I've tried the gamut of nut and seed bars, but this KETO bar from Munk is the best, and it only has 1 gram or sugar and net carbs of 3. They are so good, the problem is only eating one!

Disappointed
I love all the keto Munk bars that I’ve tried but I will never place an order during the summer again. The chocolate melted onto the wrapper and while refrigerating the bars will solidify the bar, the chocolate on the wrapper is list and will fall all over when you unwrap the bar.

Great low carb bars
