My first experience with Munk Pack nut and seed bar was on vacation in Virginia this summer. We stopped into Sheetz to get a snack. I do keto so I am always limited to dry, tasteless snacks, until I saw the Nut and Seed Munk bars. I bought two and planned on eating only a half bar. One bite and I was hooked! I ate both bars! It is the best tasting nutritional snack out there. Needless to say I am hooked. They are a delicious and healthy snack. Love them!
