My son bought this for me to replace a broken disposal. It is supposed to be quiet when it runs. NOT!

Quiet, easy install

My bottom of the line disposal started leakin after about 3 years. Decided to move up to 1/2 horsepower and a 5 year warranty. Was easy to install and operates much quieter than the cheapo one I had.

great features such as rust resistant low noise and built in wired plug i really don’t understand the concept of buying and putting a wire to plug this since all appliances comes with plugs to the to make it work i just hope it last more than 5 years towards warranty i can’t bear the idea of mailing this humongous item just to get a replacement

Moen EX50C Disposal

I just purchased and installed the EX50C. Installation was straight-forward and quick, thanks in part to a) the product itself, and b) the idiot-proof (meaning excellent) installation guide. When I flicked the switch, it worked! No vibration, relatively quiet and efficient. I highly recommend this product.

The one i had went out. It worked for 10 year. This one is very good and it is not very loud. It is very quite. I hope this one last as long as my other one did.

Great Look

I purchased this disposal 2 days ago and so far I really like it but I am not familiar with all of the features yet. It disposed the food quickly and is not as noisy as most disposals. So far so good!

Quiet operation

My other garbage disposal had been in service for 9 years and was getting tired. It was coming less reliable, so I bought new one and Moen was recommended.

DIY install

Bought this model due to fact was best warranty for price. The ease of installation was a bonus. No extra wireing kit to buy or install ,a definite plus. Compact design even better.
