Faucet will not turn off! No power is getting to the faucet and there is no way to go around the motion sensor box to directly hook up water lines. We've tried everything. Had to turn water off under the sink.

Nice Faucet But Unreliable
Would Not RecommendI bought this faucet in 2021. It worked great for about 2 years before having pressure problems. Since then I have gone through 4 control boxes and a whole new faucet. The new faucet worked fine for a few months and now no cold pressure agin and the hot side clunks on and off as if it is trying to compensate for the low cold pressure. Design Nice, Smart Feature is Not Smart!
Setting up the connection to use the smart feature is anything but smart! It doesn’t recognize your account so you have to reset password, so you do and when you return to the app, it has started over and then you enter this loop going through this over and over. After a few tries your email blocks incoming email and then you can’t even reset your password from the Morn app and then try connecting again. Would Not RecommendMost of the advertised features are just frustrating. Trying to connect it to a voice assistant, failed so many times that I gave up. Would Not Recommendi had a new faucet installed. It works well enough and the no touch on off is nice. Sadly the soft ware and pairing to blue tooth are non user friendly and failed completely.

Remarkable operation and ease of use!
Would RecommendThis is an awesome example of what the designer must have thought during the design process winding up on the final product. The sensors that detect motion are different depending on which one is activated, and there is a manual override for folks who just want to use the handle. So much tech hidden in a user friendly package. My wife loves this faucet!
