What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this refrigerator for excellent value, spacious interior with glass shelves and adjustable storage, and quiet operation. Many specifically purchased it for garage use and confirm it performs well in temperature extremes. The sleek, modern design and fingerprint-resistant finish are frequently appreciated. However, a notable group reports serious freezer performance issues, with temperatures ranging 20-45°F even on coldest settings, and express frustration with warranty support responsiveness. Despite these concerns, most customers consider it a worthwhile purchase for the price and capacity.

The second one is working fine.
Would RecommendThis is a replacement for the first one we purchased. The first one just didn't work correctly and Lowe's was great in a no-hassle replacement! Kudos to Angie at Lowes! The refridgerator is just what we needed. Cools and freezes quickly and very well. We purchased white and it is definitely fingerprint resistant. It is garage rated which we believe will be better for energy. Very pleased with this refridgerator so far!

AI answering phones is horrible.....
The refrigerators that I purchased were nice and were delivered promptly and set up by the delivery drivers. The problem with Lowe's is they have ai answering the phone and when you call it will not allow you to talk to anyone. You can say words such as manager, customer service, live agent, all kinds of things and it will not transfer you. We had an issue with the insulation of our carpeting that we bought from Lowe's and we could not get a hold of anyone at the store. I went to the store and I...

Fantastic garage fridge and freezer
Would RecommendGreat value, seamless delivery. Very good freezer space and refrigerator space in this garage/basement fridge.
No Separate Freezer/Refrig. Controls
Would Not RecommendThere are NO separate controls for the freezer and refrig. parts of the unit. As a consequence I've got a unit that defaults to a way-to-cold freezer and a frig. that is degrees to warm for food storage. Also, the one adjustment in the frig does not make incremental steps in temp, only large steps that exacerbate the problem.
Fast and easy
Would RecommendThis was a great transaction , they were fast quick and efficient. They communicated they whole way and you got to see where they actually were throughout the delivery process so you know when to take your food out , my freezer still worked so this was a great thing to see. The delivery guys were very nice they worked fast and everything came out great! Thank you
