Would Not Recommend❌ Worst Warranty & Defective Product – Do Not Buy! I have owned this unit for nearly four months, and it has not worked properly since day one. Last month, it overheated to a dangerous degree, forcing me to unplug it completely for safety reasons. The customer service and warranty process have been an absolute nightmare. Not a happy camper
The guys delivered the refrigerator were nice and everything was normal Two days later my wood flooring is warping. I finally check behind my refrigerator. I didn’t not get an ice maker in new refrigerator so when the hose was removed from the faucet for ice maker it was dripping and Lowe’s assured me the company who delivered it would call so silence.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY FRIDGE AND THE SERVICE THE YOUNG MEN PROVIDED WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE FACT THAT LOWES CHANGED THE DELIVERY TIME MORE THAN ONCE AND I WAS WITHOUT A FRIDGE FOR A WEEK.
