So glad I finally got me a working fridge for my garage

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY FRIDGE AND THE SERVICE THE YOUNG MEN PROVIDED WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE FACT THAT LOWES CHANGED THE DELIVERY TIME MORE THAN ONCE AND I WAS WITHOUT A FRIDGE FOR A WEEK.

The service for Lowe's is subpar. They had me waiting here at home all day long and they still have not delivered my Appliance.

Stopped working after 6 months

Stopped working after 6 months. Midea customer service was super unhelpful, rude, and gave me the run around for a month before offering to exchange instead of repair. The exchange process was super complicated and required Lowes higher ups to process. Every step of the process took weeks.

We love our new Fridge. It is perfect for our space. It really has alot more space than you would think. It also cools and Freezes like a champ.

Great refrigerator

We just purchased the Midea 14 cu. ft. refrigerator two weeks ago for our garage. Cools efficiently, runs quietly and has plenty of space for a garage refrigerator. The vegetable drawer was cracked when the refrigerator arrived; however, Midea's customer service was very helpful with getting a replacement. A new drawer arrived within a few days of filing the claim.

Beautiful looking fridge

I love the look and the spaciousness of this fridge but I had to return due to the fridge not going below 40 at the coldest setting. Recommended fridge temperature should be between 34 and 38, to keep food from spoiling.

Defective

The compressor on our refrigerator did not work when it arrived, and Midea failed to honor its warranty obligations, making us wait a week after filing the claim for a technician to come out, just to verify it had power and photograph the tag inside, both of which we sent photographic evidence of the day we filed the claim. Days after that, they continued to insist they hadn't received the technician's report yet, which was sent to them the day the technician came out, then they admitted they h...
