Nice humidifier, works better than the big names

I have the dehumidifier sitting just outside of a bathroom and the pipe ran to the bathroom vanity sink. It seems to work as intended, I didn't have the pipe pushed in all the way on the dehumidifier and the pump was pumping water out onto the floor unbeknownst to me but I fixed that easily. Great Dehumidifier

Love that I can also hook it up to my phone to see water levels. My master room is really big so it gets so stuffy and Dehumidifier helps so much. Great product. i would recommend it.

It does feel well put together as a caveat to that. Once out of the box, it was very simple to set up using the bucket. It's easy to use, can use it with or without the app and picks up on the extra moisture well. The bucket is easy to empty. It does weight a bit but it's easy to move with the wheels it comes with. You can also attach a hose to direct the condensation elsewhere. I would recommend!!

Not what I was expecting

In addition, since this is so cumbersome, using a hose to drain was really the only option so that the top would not have to be lifted off then the reservoir carried to empty each time. Great product

I sleep so much better with this cube pulling the humidity out of my room at night. It's not noisy and holds a great deal more than a lot of other products I've tried. Worked Great - For 2 Years

I purchased this unit a little under 2 years ago to dehumidify our basement in the summer. For 2 years, it worked great. The pump feature worked perfectly. I just tried to start it for the season, and it is non functional. The compressor runs, but no dehumidification. I followed all troubleshooting steps, but to no avail. Customer service informed me the unit is out of warranty, and that I'm basically out of luck.

Broke within a year

I have had this unit for less than a year already is broke and it seems that ice keeps forming on the sides where the filter vents are.
