I usually always buy Maytag washers so I’ve owned several but this one is the worse washer I’ve ever had. It will not clean our clothes even when I spray them and add oxi to the loads. Not happy with this one at all

This machine is difficult to use. The on off button is pressure sensitive and does not always register the pressure and then it will read and reset.

Ok but has a flaw

The machine is working but there is a flaw. The top lid doesn’t stop condensation on the control panel when washing whites (hot water). Kind of worried this will cause the machine to fail from water damage to the control panel. Did not see this at all in reviews but I found it in other appliance sellers beside the big box stores. Also I have a Maytag account and can’t seem to add this appliance to my list of appliances.

Early Failure

I’ve had this washer less than one year. Complete failure. It’s great that it’s under warranty, but the control panel is dead already and the parts needed to be ordered - there is no eta on when I will have a washing machine again. So disappointed in Maytag!!

Piece of garbage

I had a friend who bought this. He gave it to me thinking it was broken. It was. I have a top on it right now. The drum shakes every time I wash it. I hate this machine. I had to replace trash piece of trash

Good washer - load balancing issues

The washer works as expected. A month before my 5 year warranty expired, it started acting up wth load balancing issues out of nowhere. It is about a $400 fix. Make sure to get the warranty.

VERY DISAPPINTED

2 months after my initial warranty expired, I had to replace the bearings and springs. Within 2 weeks later, I had to replace the computer board, 1 week after that the knob that selects the wash cycle broke and was repaired. Now before 30 days, my washer won't come on at all. I have an extended warranty that pays for the parts and labor, however, I am thoroughly disgusted with this machine. This is very inconvenient and I am having a hard time with the extended warranty customer service to is...

Good Purchase

We are happy with the Matag washer and dryer that we purchased. It is what we expected.

Worst Washer Ever!

This was the Second Washer we bought of this exact model. We thought maybe the first one was just faulty so decided to return it and get another one and that was a terrible mistake. We tried it for a week and it simply does not wash all the clothes well, some clothes don't even seem to get wet because the washer never fills right. Constantly Breaking

It can not handle the slightest of loads. It is only a few years old and constantly breaking. Would not recommend.

Worked for 2 days

This machine worked fine for 2 days. It wont even start when I put my finger on the start button. I have to hold it there for several seconds. Then it goes through a system reset of the machine. After several seconds, it finally resets so i can wash. It does this same thing every time I use it. I washed a comforter in it.. I noticed it did not clean it, so I put it through the cycle a 2nd time. I also noticed that wash cycles seem to be very short. I timed a cycle and sure enough, its way shorte...
