Great attachment I didn’t know I wanted until MB sent it for free. Worked well for smoking cheese and keeps smoke going for long periods of time when using the regular smoker for meats. No ned to keep refilling with wood chips.

Slow smoker

I purchased this slow smoker, thinking I could get as much as six hours of smoke time.not get that time I would have to refill the slow smoker once. The shape of the internal chip holder makes it difficult to load wood chips because the top is narrower than the bottom. I would think a straight internal chip holder would hold more and be more efficient. But All in all it worked well. However I removed the internal chip holder and filled it from the bottom and replaced the screen. As far as smok...

Cold smoker attachment

Worked as it should! Instructions were a little sparse but I figured it out. First batch of bacon was excellent 😋

Slow Smoke

I've found that in addition to the cold smoking option for something like cheese, the Slow Smoker will allow me to add more wood chips so I don't need to pull the small chip container and reload as often.

Not what it is in real life.

It might be ok but when advertising a product don't show a fake picture. Masterbuilt is not what is used to be.

So far I love the slow smoker attachment! Wish I had known about it on my last Master Built electric smoker. This should be marketed better so people know there is an option for better low temperature smoking or cold smoking and longer smoking without adding more wood. I added a gasket and latch to the top of my slow smoker to prevent so much smoke loss. Works

I just used it today to smoke drumsticks and it worked great. It was take nice to load it and wagon away. It took 2 hours to smoke and it kept giving smoke for another hour + after I turned it off.

External smoke generator

Love this external smoker box as an addition to my master built smoker. Can load up an hour of smoke instead of the little pan they give you with the smoker.

Slow smoker works great!!!

Great product! Just got this slow smoker and have already done jerky, cheese, and even hard boiled eggs. Highly recommend it for low heat smoking!

Paint peels

The Slow Smoker does do what it's supposed to, however the coating of paint used on it is horrible. It started peeling 1st use. Can't imagine that's good for my food.
