Best Brisket

30 inch electric smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my smoker for a couple of years now and still love using it. The main thing I smoke is Brisket, but I've used it for many other meats as well. My wife loves a nice med rare sirloin steak, smoked. I've never had anyone not love this steak.

First smoker best smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is where I cut my teeth years ago and really fell in love with smoking bbq. This is a reliable smoker that will not disappoint. Eventually you may want more automation but this will get you going, and will impress your friends and family that you’re a pitmaster (way more than you deserve because the masterbuilt will do the heavy lifting)

Christmas gift from my wife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got me this smoker for Christmas in 2024, and i've put it through the RINGER since then. I was smoking meats in the dead of winter in negative windchill, no problem. I used it overnight many times. No problem. I used it every day for over a week straight, no joke... no problem. BIGGEST gripe i have is that if you don't get the cold smoker attachment, then you have to refill the wood chips very frequently which kind of takes ...

This smoker has out done itself. The Bluetooth thermometer helps gage the stalls and cook times. Thank you the well built product.

love my electric smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] plenty big enough for my use. easy to use and clean . holds temperature at the chosen setting. nice large pans for smoker chips and liquid. have used it for ribs and pork boston butt and it does a great job. meats are always tender and get a great smokey flavor. I would definitly recommend.

Multiple used Cooker!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this cooker to smoke turkeys, chickens, hams and veggies with easy--great starter smoker. Plus I have used it as a cold smoker with a smoke tube for sausages and as a warming cabinet for brisket. Love the multiple uses!!!

Not What They Once Were

I replaced my old Masterbuilt with the "30 Inch." The old one has a meat probe. The old one was well insulated such that you could literally put plastic bowls on the top. I will not place anything on this one. In fact it is above 130F because I cannot hold my hand on it. The old one has wheels. The old 30 inch is bigger. Maybe I can use the parts on the new one to rebuild my old one. We will not be doing business in the future.
