Ease of use, consistency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second vertical smoker from masterbuilt and would recommend to anyone who wants to get into smoking meats, excellent product and very useful even for the experienced when you learn how to use( I was a chef). Great product

Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my smoker in December 2024 and love it. I've smoked pretty much everything from cheese to pork, chicken and beef. All coming out perfect. The digital controls are very simple to use and easy to read. Just keep the window clean and you can see the progress of the food being smoked. I have to move my smoker away from the wall to use, so the wheels make it very easy to move around.

7 year old 30" Masterbuilt Electric still going st

Work Horse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not writing a review for a new smoker but a 10 year electric 40 inch smoker. This smoker has taken everything rain snow and general misuse by me and has never let me down. It sits outside with a cover over it 365 days. I'm amazed how tough this smoker is. It will be a sad day when it finally quits.

Outstanding Performance

Freaking love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I brought this smoker from a client in pretty much unused, brand new condition back in July of 2025, as a bday present to myself and it has been amazing. Being able to set and control it from my phone, even when im not at home is perfect. Easy to clean, very durable and generates a good amount of smoke. Definitely a great addition for anyone who loves to cook using a varity of methods. The only issue is the knob never worked for controlling...

Holds Heat even in winter time(Texas)

I live in Texas and I have plugged this thing in 30-40 degrees a couple of times and cook a beer can chicken and I have done a brisket in it during that time. The bigger briskets. yes I had to cut in half but unit worked good. Summer time is a given, but to be able to cook in a Texas "winter" was a bonus. Wood chips are loaded from the side so you don't have to open up the unit and lose valuable heat. For so...

I love my Masterbuilt smoker

Simple and Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tool to have when you value tasty smoked meat over the popularity of expensive pellet grill smokers. It’s a box that holds smoke and maintains a consistent temperature, and it does this very well. Quality smoked meat doesn’t need much more than that so save your money and learn your craft instead. Highly recommend this smoker.

Great smoker

Great smoke flavor

I had never been able to get my old offset stick burner to do a good job on a whole brisket. I got pretty proficient with pork and poultry but the elusive brisket was always my nemesis. Wonderful product

From the moment I opened the box and began the assembly process I was sold. Assembly was straightforward with no surprises. I had used conventional smokers in the past but this was new to me.
