I ignored the warning signs in reviews and forums and bought the Masterbuilt XT anyway—big mistake. I’ve had it for less than a month, and the temperature readings are wildly inaccurate, sometimes fluctuating by 100–200 degrees. Worth every penny

The Smoker was great at maintaining temperature, as well as easy to control temperature. Good, for all around evetyhting

Gravity Series® XT Digital Charcoal Grill +

I see this grill maintains a more stable temperature than either of my pellet grills. I trust the Masterbuilt engineers to design a dependable product and this definitely is. I wish it had auto ignition and an automatic shut off damper.

The Best Temp Control for Brisket!

The amazing volume of this smoker with racking configurations makes smoking briskets for family gathering to catering a breeze. Large hopper lasts throughout the night easily to set it and forget it.

The Best Smoker I've ever Owned

Handle

good product. but yesterday the handle for the grate broke. I was already cooking. When the grate handle broke it closed the grate and shut the heat off. Alot of money for this grille for something simple to break like that

Great upgrades

It took almost all summer to come up with the funds for the XT. I have not cooked anything worthwhile yet, but I have a turkey thawing. Very excited, I know it will be amazing.

Built quality

Very nice smoker/grill, quality built, lots of grate room. The Bluetooth app is perfect, it makes it easy to check temps without opening lid.
