The key jammed in the lock. Returned. Did not replace with new lock, just got a refund.

nice lock, difficult packaging

This lock was recommended for my self storage unit. Lock comes with two keys. The key turns smoothly when inserted in the lock. My only complaint is about the packaging: it is difficult to get the keys out of the packaging.

Not Garbage

Calling this thing garbage would be offensive to trash everywhere, it's worse than that. Didn't even get to use it once before it broke internally and wouldn't lock or unlock. The flimsy key broke sealing the deal. Stay away.

Not a good lock

I used this lock at my storage unit and the key got stuck in the lock. Good thing it got stuck im the unlocked position. Had the key gotten stuck in the lock in the locked position, i wouldnt have been able to get in my storage unit! I couldn’t turn the key or take it out the lock. So frustrating!! Had to go to the storage office, leaving my storage unit unattended and unlocked, and purchase a $20 lock from them.

Quality lock

Love everything about it except the plastic cover part.

Locked and unlocked your U-Haul trailer with the lock several times when loading for a recent move. We left out early the next day and traveled for a few hours. During the trip, we needed access to the trailer BUT the lock would not unlock with the key. After about 10 minutes of multiple attempts, the lock finally opened. Perfect lock

Bought it for a storage unit. Fits perfect and don’t have to worry about someone cutting through the lock!

Total Junk

I bought this lock three days ago and today it starts to jam up and not open properly. All the reviews about broken keys is because of this issue and people try too hard to open the lock.

Lock can be picked in 5 seconds. I do not recomend this lock for anything.

Bad lock

I dont recommend this lock I purchased one thinking it would be good but no. I used it for my storage unit to get a call that my lock was open went to go see and the lock was picked at and my stuff was stolen very disappointed.
