Would Not RecommendI had an older equivalent model of this lock and it worked well for at least six years. This lock feels flimsy and the shackle/shank often does not align with its port in the body so it's necessary to fiddle with the key to get it to lock.

Would Not RecommendI bought 8 of these locks. One did not work initially, and one broke with the key stuck in it within 2 weeks. Was able to exchange them since no similar locks. Would not buy again or recommend.

Would RecommendNeeded a lock that is resistant to cutting for my climate controlled storage unit and this circle lock fits the bill. I read the bad reviews but tried it anyway and i tested it before putting it on the unit since i have many thousands of dollars in items in there. The lock works perfect so i put 2 on the unit.

Would Not RecommendNot the historical Master quality. Have 6 and all 6, within 30 days, shifted or bent out of shape just enough to make them difficult to lock. The stupid plastic packaging was more sturdy and secure.

Master locks are not what they used to be
I had a master lock on my shed but apparently so one cut it off and broke in. I bought this lock to prevent someone from cutting. I agree with another review. Key is extremely flimsy. Key broke inside lock before i had a chance to use lock. Luckily i was able to get broke key out to be able to use lock. Used one lock on my shed and everytime i have to unlock it takes a lot of twisting and turning to get it to unlock but you can’t twist too much because then the key will break. Would I buy again?...

nice lock, difficult packaging
Would RecommendThis lock was recommended for my self storage unit. Lock comes with two keys. The key turns smoothly when inserted in the lock. My only complaint is about the packaging: it is difficult to get the keys out of the packaging.
