Most of the problem with this order, was with customer service. They seem to be lacking training, my order was supposed to be delivered. But it was too large for door dash to take it. My order was canceled, but I was not notified. I went to the store where the confusion started. The first associate seemed to be in slow motion. I did finally get one still in the box. Great GRILL

Go with a better quality

It's not something you buy for long-term use. I bought this as a gift to my husband, who has been looking at it for a while. We used it the first time over this weekend, and the paint started to come off, and it has heat marks on the exterior of the smoker. I was pretty shocked that it was already showing extreme signs of wear after one use.

Giant gaps

Absolute bummer. Thought getting gasket tape would help. Does not. Can’t hold a temp. Terrible smoker. Fine as a grill

This grill is definitely not worth the cost of it.

Bought this grill for an early birthday present for our son and daughter in law. Put it together, and some of the welds on the smoker part were broken. The power coating on the top lid on the same side of where the smoker part is bubbled up and melted away as he was seasoning the grates. Yes as soon as I found the welds broken i should have taken it back apart and returned it. But instead i just fixed the broken welds. Frustrated

The paint peeled off during the first use. It looks horrible. The racks/charcoal aren’t easily adjustable. I wouldn’t recommend this grill.

Works great maintains heat great. I suggest to others if you get it together the right way you won't have any issues.

This grill is Hot!!

My husband loved this grill and has been grilling for almost every meal. He likes the idea of the smoke so he do a turkey or ribs. It is well made and sturdy.

Garbage

This is quite possibly the worst smoker I’ve ever seen. None of the joints matched up, there are 4 Inch gaps all over, and the lid doesn’t even sit on the smoker correctly, leaving even more gaps. I returned this smoker and got my money back.

Great Smoker for Price

Amazing smoker for price. If you like smoking low and slow this smoker is great. The indirect heat works great if you like the smoke at the 225 to 250 range. I mixed in a little apple chucks in with my royal oak charcoal. I've used over a dozen times now. Ranging from smoking wings, smoking chicken halves and thighs, Prime Rib to Boston butts and all have turned out beyond great. if it wasn't for the fact my grandson used the smoker the day after I assembled it , it would have been returned.. this is the worst smoker I have ever purchased. the huge gaps are insane , I used a full 15ft roll of smoker gasket seal and I'll need another roll . on the back I had to stack it 4 times and there's still a gap . hopefully after I add a 5th layer it seals and .. doesn't fall off. due to the overly large gaps it will be impossible to smoke anything and maintain a stable temperature...
