What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the threshold's sturdy construction, precise fit, and ease of installation, with most noting it prevents drafts and seals gaps effectively. Many report it requires no trimming and installs straightforwardly, even for first-time users. However, several express frustration that screws and fasteners are not included despite instructions referencing them, and some find the guidance unclear, particularly for concrete installations. A few encounter sizing discrepancies or vinyl deformation during setup. Overall, most consider it a reliable, durable solution despite installation ambiguities.

It does not come with hardware to fasten plate.
Would RecommendSeems sturdy but required concrete drill bit & impact drill to fasten to concrete foundation. Fairly easy installation otherwise.

Defective
My bad for not examining this threshold upon store pick up. The wood board was cracked and dried out of alignment. I’ve noticed recently how stores pass bad stock on to store pick up orders. The convenience becomes a hassle because I now have to take it back, and won’t be reordering. I don’t shop at Lowes often, have had various issues in the past, and this is just one more reason to go elsewhere.
