What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this construction adhesive for exceptional bonding strength, especially in subfloor applications where it eliminates squeaks and floor bounce while bonding securely to both new and aged wood. Many appreciate the cost-effectiveness of larger tubes and note it saves time and money by reducing the need for fasteners. The adhesive is easy to apply, flows smoothly, and sets quickly. A few customers report occasional issues with tube puncturing or messy dripping, and one mentioned it could be scraped with a fingernail, though these cases are rare and do not reflect the dominant positive experience.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the LN-902 when I redid a bathroom floor that rotted out around the toilet. I wanted to make sure the sub-floor didn't move since the final flooring material was tile. It has held up and have had no movement or squeaks.

Worked great, saved a ton of work
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a leak in our ceiling, and it’s covered in popcorn texture. I was afraid I was going to have to redo the entire ceiling once they cut out and replaced the stained/damaged area. I figured I’d try to use this cam over it at least before started taking it all down. It was easy to use and control while spraying. It also covered easily with paint. I’m so glad I decided to give it a chance. It saved so much money on materials and labor!! And ...

Good holding power!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to adhere wood molding/trim to drywall that was fastened directly to an interior block wall that would not accept nails. Also tried it in a commercial office setting where vinyl trim was falling off. It grips great.

New "eco" formula has zero adhesive power
Would Not RecommendThe old LN-602 subfloor adhesive was very sticky. This LN-902 "replacement" is a California-compliant low-VOC formula that is basically latex paint with thickener added. Don't believe all the glowing language on the tube. It's garbage. Glue a couple of scrap 2x4s together with this, and when dry you can pull them apart by hand. I can scrape the "adhesive" off of clean lumber with my fingernail. I bought a tube by accident, thinking it was the same stuff I was used to. Now I worry about whether m...
For the price there is plenty more room in that tube to add more product.

Will never buy again
Would Not Recommendafter being clamped and cured for over 24 hours, this material would not hold two pieces of threated lumber together. 65 degree conditions. All the other claims were OK, just no adhesive strength. Easy to use and easy to get apart.

Gets the job done

Thin consistency and cleaned up with water
Would RecommendI still prefer working with the older formula adhesives that were more aggressive in holding with the negative of not being water cleanup capable. This worked for me since I screwed my subfloor in place and did not need immediate holding power from the adhesive. After it set up it did the job. It worked, but I couldn't say there was anything that would make me select this, product vs others that are available.

Still works cold
Would RecommendI used this in an unheated space 30F-40F and it still works good. Lay on top of joists and secure down the plywood every 1' and every 6" on edges. Product says 30 lineal feet with 1/4" bead...but so does the 10oz tube. I bought 5-6 for my project but only ended up using 2 tubes.
