What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the washer for exceptional cleaning performance, quiet operation, and large capacity ideal for bulky items like king-size comforters. The AI wash cycle, customizable settings, and automatic dispensers are frequently called game-changers, with many noting the machine exceeds expectations. Smart app connectivity and programmable features receive strong enthusiasm. However, some customers report serious frustrations with post-purchase support and repair policies that have damaged brand loyalty despite satisfaction with the product itself. Overall, most consider the washer excellent despite service concerns.

Great Washer
Would RecommendYou know it’s good when even your teenagers comment about it and sings its praises. It is everything we expected and is such a welcome relief to the GE we got rid of which wasn’t that old. It works very well and we are very happy with it. The detergent dispenser is a game changer as I don’t worry about people putting in too much detergent for their load anymore.

Smart feature
I can't get my phone to download the bar code. The bar code is too small and It won't scan it. I tried to bypass it but the instructions didn't work with my washing machine.

The best washing machine ever!
This washing machine has it all. I paid more for mine 6 months ago so this deal is great. I can use the water stream to rinse out spots. Keep my softener and laundry soap filled and it tells me when to refill.cleans everything. No noise and it dings my Ipad when it is finished. Clothes are so clean. Love all of the individual cycles. Even my fine linens can be washed in this machine. Am 64 and have been through all types of washing machines. Preferred the old ones, but this one sold me.
