What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the washer for exceptional cleaning performance, quiet operation, and large capacity ideal for bulky items like king-size comforters. The AI wash cycle, customizable settings, and automatic dispensers are frequently called game-changers, with many noting the machine exceeds expectations. Smart app connectivity and programmable features receive strong enthusiasm. However, some customers report serious frustrations with post-purchase support and repair policies that have damaged brand loyalty despite satisfaction with the product itself. Overall, most consider the washer excellent despite service concerns.

Would Not RecommendThere must be a bad batch of these out there but there are 3 less in circulation now. We had one installed and it went through the initail cycle ok. Put towels in it and it made a horrendous grinding noise during the wash cycle (but oddly not when spinning). Called Lowes, they came out and replaced it - same problem but even louder, Again called Lowes and repeat issue!! At this point we gave up and selected a different make/model. Very disappointed in LG. On the other hand Lowes were very good ...

Works great!
Would RecommendThe washer has been much needed in my household. The size has made it nice that I can do big loads of laundry and still reach the bottom to grab things out.

Would RecommendThis washer gets the job done . Everything is automatic . Just press a couple of buttons and that’s it . Hardly any water left when done . We have always had good luck with LG products.

When it's time for a new washer, get this one
Would RecommendVery modern, with touchscreen controls and many automated actions, including auto-sensing of the amount of water to use, and spin speed adjustment to minimize shaking during spin cycle.. Surprisingly large capacity--and I thought my old washer was capacious. It plays a cute little tune at the end of the cycle that is much nicer than a loud buzzer. The top door can't slam shut even if you tried; its damper prevents it. So: many improvements, and nothing, really, on the negative side.
