Ratings & Reviews for LG High Efficiency Impeller Extra Large ( 5.5-cu ft ) Top-Load Washer ( Matte Black )

So quiet and sleek.

Beautiful matte black finish. extremely quiet. Extra large tub.

It’s very large and beautiful absolutely love it..

I absolutely love l everything about this product.

Very satisfied so far

So far so good! I love how big the tub is - we can easily fit a whole load of bedding or bulky items like pillows. The EZ dispense is such a nice feature! I love being able to just load and press go, rather than getting messy detergent everywhere each time. This thing also cleans very quickly - the time estimates seem very accurate and I can wash a large load in under an hour.

Great price at Lowes

Great washer, Great price at Lowes

water fill issues on this design

my previous LGs no issues the design of the water sensors are definitely a poor design. Not enough water, will destroy your clothes. Needs more water.Deep fill override to much water, and not a good clean, not to mention wasting water. Do not buy this washer until they correct the water fill.

The best

My first purchased set as a single parent were these matching washer and dryer. They are fast effective and quiet and can sync to my phone! Amazing

Impressive so far

I don’t like front loading washers which is why I researched top loading washers. Wow, a lot as changed since I last owned a top loading washer. My last top loading washer had an agitator. This one has an Impeller. Frankly, I don’t know what that means except that there is no agitator rising up from the center of the drum. It has an electronic control panel which took me a couple of ‘YouTube’ videos to figure out. But now I know, it is really very easy to set the controls. I worry about the c...

Quiet and efficient

Dries very well without high heat. Quiet and efficient. Nice that you can customize the cycle ending melodies.

Junk

Junk. Limited loads, not even a soak cycle. No place for pods. Loud. Lid gets gross easily because it isn’t fingerprint resistant. App is a joke. You can’t run a small load without using the app. It has made my laundry time twice as long and much more difficult. I hate this thing so much I don’t even have the words for it.

Gorgeous Washer w/ Excellent Bonus Features

I appreciate all of the cycles and AI sensing on this washer. The tub is huge and I have enjoyed having the detergent auto fill. Seems like a silly thing, but it really has been nice not having to fill the washer with detergent and having it spill over and make a mess or use too much. The clothes have come out clean with no issues seen to date. The washer itself is beautiful and I love that the top of it is on a slant so clutter can't accumulate on the top of the washer by others in the househol...

Awesome machine!

Absolutely amazing washer. Had another brand that was not too old that was a front loader. After multiple loads in this washer I feel our clothes are much cleaner! Love the detergent holder!

Great product so far!

Really like this washer. Very efficient, extremely quite, and huge tub.

LG continues to live up to a quality product.

Very nice, clean and well worth the higher price. LG makes a high-quality product. I would highly recommend.

Love the automatic soap dispenser.

Great washer, cleans clothes and they smell fresh.

Easy to operate

Style and function. It looks great and works like a charm

Excellent but poor panel lighting

Excellent but panel lights for the power can hardly be seen
