Excellent product

Excellent dryer. Love the ezdispenser feature. Sleek design and color. Control knobs easy too use. there is an App with washer that works well. Reason for 4 starts is hard copy operations manual should have been provided. Had to go online to download the operations manual. There is an Owners Manual that comes with product, but does not give the needed detail for all the washer functions.

Washer experience

I did not authorize extended warranty purchase. It was added anyway. Excellent machine. Easy to order. No problem with delivery.

Faulty lid, bad customer service from LG

This machine was fine until a plastic piece on the inside of the lid randomly broke. We've only had the washer for a year and used it lightly, but I heard a loud crack when I was closing the lid one day. When I opened it, I found that a plastic cover over the inner hinges had inexplicably cracked, and pieces of shattered plastic had scattered on top of the laundry inside. It must be a manufacturing defect, because all I have done is open and close the lid (which is soft close) normally. The plas...

Very great addition

Outstanding machine It works perfect in our home. AI wash is the best feature. Splendid

Would not buy LG washer/dryer again

I wish we had bought a whirlpool washer and dryer again instead of LG. The main things to know are: 1. The power button can be hard to see, its not very bright. 2. All of the standard wash/dry options aren't an option on the machine itself. Instead, you have to use the app to download each cycle you want one at a time. 3. The washing machine dispenser is horrible. It retains water in it and underneath/above it. Sometimes, unlike what they claim, there is no blockage in it and it will fill w...

This is a verymodern design and a beautiful color

This high efficiency appliance is very quiet and easy to use

Amazing delivery

Brush up on your Spanish

It came with the default language set to Spa ish, and there is no guidance whatsoever in the manual or online on how to change it back to English. I had real reservations about buying a "smart" appliance, and this is exactly why. LG customer service has been unhelpful, and this has been a very disappointing experience.

Excellent washing machine

The color, size and features of this washer are great.

Winner!

Love the detergent feature. Machine works beautifully.

Awesome washing machine!

Great working machine! Is gentle on our clothes, gets everything done in a timely manner. Soft close lid is a nice touch!

Auto detergent dispenser

Love the automatic detergent dispenser. It is very easy to fill. Saves time from filling every wash. Very quiet and efficient.

Beware if you need help.

The sales person said you could fill the tub with more water in cases where you need to on this model. I have yet to find that feature. Seems like it don’t add enough water on normal cycle or regular wash like cottons etc. Bought this machine May 5, 2025. I’m missing a bumper from the lid. I called customer service number. Twice. They gave me a hard time when I explained the issue. Just a simple rubber bumper. The person had to keep leaving to discuss it the team he says what to do. Did not cal...
