I bought this washing machine 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I wish they had a delicate cycle on it and I use the deep fill for every load.

Good to Great Machine

Coming from a front loading machine I was skeptical, however, I have not had any issues with the 5 loads of laundry done in the first 24 hours of owning. We have the matching dryer as well. The 2-way dryer door is great. Both machines are pretty quiet and have less vibration compared to our old front loaders. Happy we went with the agitator vs impeller wash plate per other reviews. Energy efficiency like the dryer it’s not as quiet as the dryer but certainly not as nosey as older traditional washers. Large tub

Best washer and dryer set I have had

I was on the fence when we purchased this set. Some people said it barely got clothes wet enough to wash. I did not have this problem and honestly do not know how that would happen unless you didn't set the settings properly. My clothes are clean and do not have a musty smell. Items that had rust stains from my previous washer are now stain free. I love the app that lets me know when the washer is done and how it reminds you when to run a clean cycle.

Poor wash performance

I was really excited to use this washer. Was tired of my old front load washer and the mold smell. I am very, very disappointed with this $1000 machine. If you use scent beads on any setting except "high fill", they will not dissolve, get stuck to your clothes leaving a residue to dried clothes. I made sure I put a small amount of scent beads in before clothes. My husband's overalls do not come clean even when using the hot and high fill settings. Quiet

Works great for small or large loads. Cleans well. Quiet.

Very clean

I am impressed by this washer. It’s so quiet and cleans so well. My sheets are so clean I didn’t know my old machine wasn’t doing a good job till after I washed with this LG I had ole Ty room to wash my UGG comforter it practically came out squeaky clean the spin cycle took 99% of the water and cleaned like new

My wife wanted a washer with an agitator, she is very happy so far.

Plastic upper housing assembly broken

Poor quality. Less than 2 years and the upper plastic housing assembly cracked and broke off. Based on reading others reviews it seems to be a common issue with this machine. Contacted LG customer service and the cost of servicing the washer machine is just as expensive to purchase a new one. No resolution nor accountability for what it seems to be a common issue.
