Clean dishes warenty is not balid

Owened four and a half years. Baerings went out on direct motor. Bearings unfortunately are in housing pump and are not replaceable. Called lg. A tech would be 500 dollars to fix "not covered" but the part would be covered. Found a part online for 270 and replaced myself. Warranty is garbage. 10 year warranty a scam!

No problem with product. Delivery sucked. Not the right address plus they threw trash box of another delivery in the woods by my mailbox.

Very helpful employees and a great selection

Although the first dishwasher had a leaky return hose and I chose to return it, I was able to exchange it for another one and also got the cost savings for the LG model. The new LG model works great, looks great and even emits a jingle to alert me when the dishwasher has finished!

It was great! Untill it wasn't...

Worked great for awhile! And then the display started blinking/half working and the dishwasher wouldn't finish a cycle/would shut off. Almost seemed like it wasn't plugged all the way in, but I checked the plug multiple times. Very disappointed.

SENT WRONG ONE TWICE AND THEN SAID IT WAS DISCONTINUED. GOT A FULL REFUND...

Deceptive listing

Everything posted about this dishwasher is a lie. It has no heat even though it says HIGH HEAT on it as an option. It doesn't dry dishes at all. Everything is wet. It has no Smart Diagnosis even though it has the logo directly on the unit. Do not buy this!

The singing dishwasher

Likes Quite Easy to install by yourself. The way it sings. Fair price. Dislikes Plastic latch, my previous LG had a metal one.

I did not get the machine that I thought I purchased, which had foldable top cup holders and a third shelf. But I might have gotten confused. The delivery and installation was excellent though and that is why I'm giving this rating. But if I buy from Lowes again I'm going to go to the store in person and make sure that I've identified what I think I'm getting.

DO NOT BUY!

Do not buy this piece of junk, and do not buy from Lowes. We bought last December, had to wait until middle of January to get installed. Worked okay for 8 months but will not power up now. We have had no satisfaction from LG to get repaired-they say they do not have a service rep in this area! Lowe's has been no help either, even though we purchased the extended warranty. Lowe's refers us to LG, who pretty much told us too bad, we don't have anybody who can help??? We have spent hours on the p...
