Drain motor

After owning the LG for less than 1 1/2 years it broke needed Adrain motor. Thanks lg service would be a flat fee o $369 & I paid $420 for dishwasher. I’ll be buying a new machine not a lg & not from Lowe’s

Can't review Only worked for 1 week

Once we finally got this delivered and installed it we used it maybe 3-4x and we started getting error message. It said not draining. Called Lowes and they sent the guy out who installed it who said it was a faulty machine and needed to be replaced. The next day Lowes called and said they had to send a technician out. 2 appts made and all canceled. Finally spoke to Lowes CS again and they said they canceled last time because they ordered a part. How do they know what part they need if no one has...

the buttons are HORRIBLE

I HATE this dishwasher so much!!! LG!!! and ALL DISHWASHER COMPANIES!!! PLEASE. USE. REAL. BUTTONS!!! TOUCH BUTTONS SUCK!!!....the stupid capacitive buttons are sooooo freaking finicky. it takes me at least 30 second to 1 full minute JUST to choose what kinda wash i want, and then actually get it to start. its a GIANT waste of time.... gimme a freaking knob, or a button, or even a freaking touchSCREEN??? but these fake buttons are sooo annoying. ughhhh the dishwasher itself is OK...not ve...

Be aware of the things mentioned above

I like the quietness. However, I hate the music it plays at the end of the cycle and I can’t figure out how to turn it off. It’s not necessary to have music on a dishwasher. And the thing I dislike the most is that when I open the door when it’s ended, everything is still very wet. I have to use a dish towel to dry everything before I can put it away.

I was able to find this dishwasher with a stainless steel tub in black at a good price. Thank you Lowe’s.

Not a good long term option

Lasted about a year and a half. Now it just shuts off mid cycle. No error code. No information to figure out what to fix. Have to call them to get a repair.

Quiet!

Easy to use and very quiet

Cheap and disappointed

I am shocked how cheap and flimsy this product feels compared to the one being replaced. It also feels smaller. I completely regret my choices and now I am stuck with this small, flimsy, cheap product.

keeps breaking& lg cant find anyone to service it so they are telling me they cant help. in maine we have an 4-year implied warranty. it first broke in 6 months fixed no problem. then again at 13 months. I have been talking with 4 months still not fixed. would not buy.

Quiet, easy to use control panel that looks sleek.

Quiet, effective, and the controls are easily accessible on the front of the machine, but easy to keep clean and discreet so it still looks sleek.

Lowes should wait til you use it then ask for feed
