Seems to be an overall great tv. I haven't had all that much time with it yet but I have identified two items. #1 The sound cuts out for certain commercials when connected to the Xfinity 4k box. The opinion seems to be a "handshake" issue between the devices. I saw the last update had something about the handshake in it so it could be fixed now. I purchased this TV and the LG S90TR soundbar. This was a significant upgrade for me and playing the YouTube LG Demo videos look and sound as good as they do in the store. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the magic remote does not have a mute button. To mute the sound, you have to hold the volume down for several steps and then it mutes. Not worth the money for sure. Nothing is intuitive or plug and play. Doing anything in the settings is difficult and finding simple, basic features (like inputs?) is much more complicated than it should be. My last tv, you plug the PC/laptop into the HDMI and you get video. Not at all on this overpriced thing. The picture is fine, sound is okay but I use a sound bar so no a factor.
