Would Not RecommendThere is a clear design flaw with this dryer. The problem exist at the front, underneath the lint trap, inside the drum. Anything with a draw string will slide into the crevice during the drying cycle and get obliterated. Looking into warranty options on it now, after 3 months of repeated, unfortunate confirmation of the flaw.

Can't say much at this point about the machines I bought as I have not moved into my new house yet, but I was available for the delivery and set-up. Both gentlemen were fantastic. They were on time, polite and respectful. They knew what needed to be done and did it very professionally. I would highly recommend using them for delivery.

48 hour window is all.
Bought a few days ago, called customer service for Lowes about the start button being hard to get started. Customer service stated being I have had it more than 48 hours, I needed to contact LG about it. Why is it that you can sell it but not do anything to correct a problem because I didn't pay extra for the extended warranty. Instead I have to deal with LG because it's under a 1 year factory warranty. Don't believe I will be making anymore big purchases from Lowes.
