This item uses nails instead of screws to mount.
Would RecommendThe installation was rather easy. You have to kind of figure out the instillation process as there are no instructions. The little nails are hard to hold while you drive them in. One issue that I have is the fact that this has nails and not screws.

i have an old style of this 2012? same look. the reviews seem ro mostly be about the shades. over that many years, well, to like 2019 my shade worked correctly, not opened daily, but didnt spin itself after going up if gently held till top or anything when the spring & internal weight? wasnt messed up.
