Would RecommendBlinds are very nice (4 star). Lowes delivery and customer service is awful. One pair had already been cut (for another customer?) before I got them. Already too small when I went to the store to get cut. Getting a replacement from Lowes has been painful. Never again.
Missing parts
Would Not RecommendFirst box was missing valance brackets to attach it and also missing the bottom end caps. It's super annoying to have to go back and deal with traffic. I don't even want to open the second package that I can tell has already been opened.

Customer service/communication within lowes
Would Not RecommendA lot of confusion from the start. I was quoted a different price in the store than by the person who called with the contract. Sonya did not have correct information from the installer about measurements. I picked up the blinds from the store. When the installer came to put up the blinds he realized they had not been cut but were still in the packing boxes. This delayed installation for over a week. I called customer service to complain.
