Less than ideal

The blinds are great except for the fact that the cutting process melted the ends of the cells together in several places and my attempts to separate them caused small rips in the material. Too much trouble to uninstall and drive all the way back to the store so I’ll just complain here.

In-store trimming causes cells to stick together

I purchased four of these in graphite for our TV room and while my wife thinks they look good, having installed them myself I can see issues with them. My biggest complaint is that when the shades are cut to size in the store the process causes the cells to stick together. I’m guessing this is because they are at least partly made of a synthetic material and the heat and pressure generated during the cut causes them to stick together and in some cases even melting them together. Would order again

Ordered a couple cut to size. Nice job. Super easy fitting. The only confusing thing was them being separately shipped, but that doesn’t take anything away from the quality of the product or the nice shortening of width. Most important thing of all is a happy mother-in-law, for whom I installed these.

Wait for the sales.

isn't as rugged as the metal slat blinds we replaced. But we like it better. When the sun is on the window and we pull the blinds, the room is flooded with light!

Product is great. Works as described. Easy to install. The box has a template for either interior or exterior mounts. Makes it very easy to line everything up. Getting the blind cut to size was not as easy. Two of the three stores in my area didn’t have a working machine. I had to make several calls after making a trip.

It is well made

I had purchased this same shade in a sand color and really liked it. When the bathroom was recently repainted , white was a better match. We purchased the same shade and only had to clip in the shade. It took me longer to unpack the shade than the 10 seconds to snap it in! The white is so clean and crisp looking. I love it!
