What Customers Are Saying
The product offers mixed performance, with some positive aspects like easy installation, good light filtering, and customizable sizing, but also significant issues with the roller mechanism malfunctioning, concerns about overall quality and durability, and problems with the in-store cutting process. While the product may provide a budget-friendly light filtering option, customers should carefully inspect and test the shades to ensure proper functionality.

The purchased item was too short. I returned to the store 3 hours later and the manager told me I could not return the item since it was on clearance. There was nothing posted about this policy where I purchased the item or at the checkout, but I was directed to the return policy online. The manager offered to donate the items as he said he could not restock them. I don't mind a policy if I am made aware of it. It is really easy to make a pop-up on self-checkouts and would appreciate more help f...

Old-fashioned Roller Shades
It is hard to find old-fashioned cordless roller shades at a retail shop. I was pleased to discover that Lowes carried the shades and that they cut them to size while waiting. I took my old shades in so the associate could do the measurements.

Would Not RecommendThey do not re-coil very well. Most of the window is covered during the day. Others usually re-coil into the valence where you do not see them at all.
