Small issue
The vertical blinds are very nice. We did have difficulty with changing the direction that one blind pulled. It still is more difficult than the other side. They look very clean and neat.

Not one slat in the ladder
Would Not Recommend2inch white faux wood blinds. Purchased for 7 windows, 1st 2 boxes not one vertical slat was inserted in the rope ladder, they were just sitting on top?!? Factory issue? Will return all now and look for another brand.

Would Not RecommendI went to our local Lowes store and helped my mom order vertical blinds at the end of October 2025...we are still waiting for the blinds to be installed and it's the end of December 2025.
