She cut it wrong twice
Would RecommendThere were no employees in the window treatment area. I called the store and got an employee. I gave her the measurement and she cut the blind too short. She grabbed a second blind and while she was setting up the machine, I saw the instructions say "remove the screw". So, I questioned her about it and she said "No. It's OK". So she cut a second blind too short as well. I finally grabbed another blind and told her I would cut it myself. The blind itself is great but the customer service was...
