Terrible Customer Service
Would Not RecommendI went to our local Lowes store and helped my mom order vertical blinds at the end of October 2025...we are still waiting for the blinds to be installed and it's the end of December 2025. We chose to install through Lowes. The installer came and was doing a great job, but when it came to the final 2 blinds there were 7 brackets missing and he could not complete the job. Finally, just yesterday (around a month later) a small box was delivered with brackets, but then my mom received a message from...

never picked up this item
Would Not RecommendYour employee who marked this item as picked up by me stole the item. I ordered this from the wrong location. Never went to Vallejo. Better check to see who checked this as picked up by me and fire them for stealing from the company.

The box doesn't have?
Would Not RecommendThe box doesn't have any vanes and it says sold separately in the instructions? What exactly did I pay for that said ivory linen if there isn't anything to actually cover the window?? How would they be trimmed in the store?
From Trim+Go 3.5-in Slat Width 45.5-in x 84-in Cordless Ivory Room darkening Vertical blinds
For the Trim+Go vertical blinds, the headrails and vanes are sold separately. The vanes are available in packs of 13. The headrail as well as the... Read More
Not worth the cost.
Would Not RecommendBought these as they were highly reviewed and name brand. However, they're just not worth the cost. Biggest reason, they don't block 100% sunlight, they're translucent. My old cheap builder grade single curve vertical blinds did a much better job of blocking out sunlight. It's not even direct sunlight in the attached picture. This is indirect sunlight from a covered patio. Really disappointed. Cannot recommend under any circumstances.

Package is Lost
Would Not RecommendThe package is lost. It was supposed to arrive yesterday but didn't. There is no information on the FedEx tracking site. I can't find anyplace on Lowes to call or chat with someone about this. So, I guess I just paid for blinds I don't get?
