It took me a bit to figure out how to set it up and operate, but once all the kinks were ironed out, it works great. You can set it to open by touch if you have your phone or watch within range, by key or key card, by using the app on your phone, or with the keypad (which you can hide somewhere away from the lock.) You can also set it up with Google home and Alexa, but I haven’t really bothered with those just ...

It is a really nice lock, has really nice features and looks very sleek and modern. The lock won’t fully engaged in the “locked” mode without having to modify the latch. The app on the other hand gave a bit of issues on an Android and we used one of our iPhones instead. You do need the app in order for installation to be completed so it could be a bit bothersome for Android only users. Well constructed lock and easy to use!

This is a fabulous invention! It is so nice to not have to look for keys especially when I am bringing things into the house such as groceries.. We plan on getting more for other doors in our house. Pretty good, a bit glitchy

It was not as quick and easy as stated, as I needed to chisel out the space the deadbolt slides into as it wasn’t the full inch on my current door which was causing an error when it locked. It does look like a normal deadbolt, which is really nice for security purposes. I have smart locks/keypads on my front and back doors (used this for garage entry) and they are significantly easier to use/set up. I think this has potential but I will likely wind up going back to my original standard set up for this door.

I love being able to lock or unlock our door using multiple methods the App also alerts when the door was locked or unlocked and which method/who did it.
