Not Ready for Release

Product and app are definitely in beta status, note that a large portion of positive reviews are "sponsored". Install was easy enough but the screws are extremely soft metal and stripped out with hand tools, pick up some better screws if you do go with this lock. For me, touch feature never worked, went five rounds with customer service where they blamed everything from how I installed it; to the weather stripping on my door....for the touch feature not working. Great design/function, poor battery life

Great design, poor execution on the firmware and battery life. The battery supplied in the box died after 1 week. While the lock itself was easy to install and operate and the functions were great, short battery life ultimately won in my decision to go with another lock.

Not worth the money

I wanted a lock that would unlock/lock without having to dig in my purse to locate my keys. While this lock has a touch to lock/unlock feature, it rarely works. 50% of the time I have to stand at the door for 2-3 min for the door to unlock or just use the key. The keycard is useless as well. The concept is great and it’s a nice looking lock. The install was easy and simple. Great service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband installed this lock which we recoeved in a VoxBox. We had some issues with lining it up correctly and connecting it to the app on our phone. We spoke with customer service who was very quick and knoeledgable. They got it figured out immediately and we have been using it fine since.

Purchased the lock 6 months ago and it works fantastic. I also have the keypad which makes remote entry easy as pie

Best smart lock

I’ve used August and Yale. Level is a much nicer looking lock, better tech, better app, and excellent customer support.

Excellent product and good integration with Apple

Straight forward, DIY installation. Work well with Apple HomeKit and I’ll use it with my Apple Watch daily. Battery life decreases significantly if bolts are not perfectly aligned in the door and jam. I am averaging about 7 to 8 months per door because the motors have to work harder to open and close my bolt. Caution, as stated in the website, do not try and use rechargeable CR2 batteries. They do not fit. Overall, very pleased.
