Great! My only challenge with your amazing knives is that they are so wonderfully sharp! I’m use to cutting up my veggies using my hand and a dull knife. I slit both thumbs using the paring knife...definitely warn people to use a chopping block:)

Great little paring knife
I like this knife. It is a bit smaller than I thought it would be. It is sharp and I am sure with the knife sharpener it will last. However I think I should have ordered the larger paring knife and will do so when I order again.
