This is my favorite knife
We got a whole selection of Rada knives back a decade ago when we were first married. Some were more useful than others, but the quality can't be beat. The peeling paring knife gets used multiple times a day, every single day. It lives on our counter in a place of honor because we use it so often that putting it back in the knife block is too much hassle.
