I have been a Rada fan for many years, in fact, these are the only knives I use in my kitchen. However, my recent order does not compare to my older ones. Not sure if I just got a bad set or if manufacturing has changed?

Knives are sharp
I love the knives but IMO the handles are too short. I have small hands and they feel short to me. They need to be between 1/2 to 3/4 inch longer.

I have several Rada knives. The recent purchase I have not used yet. The paring knife will go in our motorhome next season. (I do have one at home that I absolutely love!) I also like the fact that I am helping our students!

Best knife EVER
I am a fan of having a good paring knife handy. I keep several around, but I lost one of my favorites (which I think was a Rada that my mother had bought) so having a fund-raiser gave me the chance to get another! Best $$$ spent, and I might have to buy another one or two (just in case)!
