While it is a very sharp knife it was not what I thought I had ordered. I have bought 3 of the straight edge paring knives and I loved them but I left them at my sons house since he didn't have a decent peeling knife in his house. I plan to order some more of those in the near future.

These knives are the most helpful tools I have in my gallery of cutting, peeling instruments! I wish I had known of them 50 years ago! And another great thing, they are made by Americans with American resources! We need more products made here by us!!!

Excellent! Super sharp and now have a sharpener too! My mother gave me one several years ago when their church had a fundraiser. Really loved it and finally bought 3 more paring knives at Christmas time. Will be ordering more soon!

I chose to go with the silver handles vs black one BIG MISTAKE! First I washed them they sort of tarnished. Handle was rough and discolored. The knife is still sharp but handle is unacceptable.

My grandma gave me a set a Rada knives over 20 years ago and I still have them. I didn't know what brand they were until I came across your website. Once I realized that Rada made the knives she gave me I ordered several more. I have the page bookmarked so when I am ready I can replace all my knives for Rada knives.

Not too stainless
I bought the Granny Paring knife. The blade is great, but the silver handle turned dark grey after one Cycle in the washer :(

Granny loves her granny
Rada is the best and has the best knives out there. I now own every knife they make and have been using them for over 20 years. Have introduced many friends to this brand and they prefer their Rada knives to much more expensive brands. My first requirement is a very sharp knife and one that holds its edge. My husband uses a steel, gives my knives a couple of swipes, and I’m back to SHARP. Rada is 5 stars in my house.
